My new PRS - T1 reader keeps on freezing. It wont turn over the page using the touch screen and it wont turn off. I have to keep rebooting which is very annoying. Does anyone else have this problem. It isn't a one off it keeps happening. My hubby bought it in PC world and they say they don't have stock to replace it!!!

    Hi Debbie,

    welcome to Questions & Answers..

     

    I have a feeling that, despite the battery possibly showing fully charged, your reader's battery may need charging..

    Try leaving your Reader to charge via your PC's usb for a few hours, make sure your PC is switched on & not in sleep/screensaver mode..
