I have a sony vaio VPCEE2E1E, i've had it about 18 months and when I leave it in sleep mode it can take 2-3 days to come back on. You can hear it working but there is nothing on the screen. Also when if I switch it off properley using shut down sometimes it won't come back on either. I have replaced the battery, power lead and I have restored to factory settings however this hasn' made any difference. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
As you sometimes experience the same problem when starting your Vaio as you do when waking from sleep are you able to try connecting your Vaio to an external monitor.?
